CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Oscar Smith football is back. The Tigers are unbeaten this season, and are entering the Class 6 state semifinals against 10-3 Colonial Forge. The two schools have faced each before, with Oscar Smith beating Colonial Forge at the same stage in 2019.
