PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle crash in Portsmouth caused delays near Victory Boulevard Wednesday morning.

According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the west left shoulder and left lane are closed on I-264 near Victory Boulevard due to the crash.

A photo from VDOT cameras shows a heavy presence of emergency vehicles blocking off the road.

Just a few miles away, near Greenwood Drive, the west left shoulder, left lane and entrance ramp are closed due to a tractor-trailer crash.

A traffic camera showed emergency police blocking off portions of the road.
