The cool weather is here! We’ll be in the low 50s Friday, and only in the 40s for the weekend. Lows at or below freezing starting this weekend. Saturday will be a chilly day with temperatures in the low to mid 40s region wide. There will be a little wind too Saturday – so it’ll feel slightly cooler. For Sunday, a little bit of extra cloud cover moves in with temperatures in the upper 40s.
A small disturbance will move in Sunday night, resulting in a small chance for a shower for most of us and a flurry across the northern neck/eastern shore. Moisture is limited, so don’t expect much.
November will end below average for rainfall by nearly 1″. We are going to see another stretch of dry weather. For the next 5 days we should be dry with sunny skies and this time, colder temperatures. The weather pattern could get a little more active towards the second week of December. Stay tuned!
The 2024 Hurricane Season ends on Saturday. No storms are expected to develop in the Atlantic in the next 7 days. We’ve had an active season – with 18 named storms.
Hope you have a great Friday!
