CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A former Deep Creek Middle School teacher who was arrested on child pornography charges pleaded guilty on Friday.
Jordan Palomares, 25, entered a plea on 24 charges of child pornography, according to the Chesapeake Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. He had over 40 charges originally.
Court documents revealed Palomares used Snapchat to share explicit videos of underage girls engaging in sexual acts with adult men.
A search warrant also unearthed more inappropriate content, including a photo he took of a Deep Creek Middle School student without her knowledge.
He taught at the school for one year.
According to court paperwork, Palomares confessed to detectives he had looked at child pornography since he was 12 and had an addiction.
Palomares will be sentenced on March 11, 2025.
