There are new details on a deadly Accomack County shooting in which two people died. A criminal complaint cites video evidence showing George Wharton approaching the register with a gun in his hand before allegedly shooting Pradipkumar Ratilal Patel, who was behind the counter, before following Urmi Pradipbhai Patel to the deli area, where Warton then allegedly shot her. Wharton has been charged with both first-degree murder and second-degree murder in connection to the two shooting deaths.
